Chris joined the Back2Back team in June of 2008 as the Director of IMPACT Ministries.  Impact Ministries exists to make contact with students through culture, connect them to an Impact group, build community with the church, and establish core relationships with God through evangelism, service, and discipleship.  The mission of Impact is to bridge the gap between youth culture and the church by empowering students to serve their peers, their cities, and their world as they share the love of Christ through student led/adult mentored Impact groups centered on shared passion and mindset of peer groups.

For the previous eight years he served the Kingdom as the youth pastor of a church in Xenia, OH where he had been implementing an IMPACT style ministry.  He was first introduced to Back 2 Back through his wife Sara, who in high school was a part of IMPACT at Kings High School. Chris is trained in Biblical Studies with an emphasis in preaching; he received his degree from Cincinnati Christian University. Chris is blessed by the love of his wife, Sara, and their daughter, Sunnie.
