Children's Home Captain
It is always amazing to see how God works, his timing and ways to do things! We can see that in our lives and how we got involved with Back2Back Ministries in Mexico. Right after we got married in 2006 we went through a really hard time in our lives (financially, emotionally and spiritually) and it was in that time of desert and brokenness when the door opened for us at Back2Back Ministries in Mexico (January 2007), exactly the same time when the ministry was expanding, more staff was arriving and other areas of opportunity were opening up. By that time I was helping in different areas, but there was a new Children’s Home called “Rayitos de Luz” that needed help, support, and a person to represent the ministry. I began a relationship with them and fell in love with them, and a short time later I was asked to be the captain for that home, something that we have loved since then. At the same time God did a miracle in Priscila’s life and after a very hard pregnancy He blessed us with a beautiful baby girl, her name is Zua (blue butterfly) she was born on August 2007.
Now Priscila helps me in different areas of the Children’s Home “Rayitos de Luz”, and also teaches Spanish at SMCA (staff kids school), we still help with any special project in any areas needed.
